Kuldīgas novada pašvaldība saskaņā ar Publiskas personas mantas atsavināšanas likumu pārdod elektroniskā izsolē ar augšupejošu soli kustamo mantu – augošu koku cirsmu īpašumā “Eglaine”, Skrundas pagastā, Kuldīgas novadā, kadastra Nr. 62090040289. Sākumcena 25000,00 EUR, nodrošinājuma maksa 2500,00 EUR, izsoles solis 100,00 EUR.
Izsole sākas elektronisko izsoļu vietnē https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv 2025. gada 17. decembrī plkst. 13:00 un noslēdzas 2026. gada 16. janvārī plkst. 13:00.
Personai, kura vēlas piedalīties izsolē, līdz 2025. gada 6. janvāra plkst.23:59 jāiemaksā Kuldīgas novada pašvaldības pamatbudžeta kontā: Kuldīgas novada pašvaldība, reģ. Nr. 90000035590, SEB banka Kuldīgas filiāle, kods UNLALV2X, konts LV26UNLA0011001130401, norādot nekustamā īpašuma rekvizītus atbilstoši izsoles noteikumos noteiktajam, nodrošinājums 10% apmēra no izsolāmā objekta nosacītās cenas un, izmantojot elektronisko izsoļu vietni, jānosūta lūgums izsoles rīkotājam autorizēt to dalībai izsolē.
Samaksas nosacījumi par nosolīto objektu: piedāvātā augstākā summa, ieskaitot iemaksāto nodrošinājumu, jāsamaksā par nosolīto nekustamo īpašumu 2 (divu) nedēļu laikā pēc izsoles noslēguma dienas.

Kuldīga Municipality, in accordance with the Law on the Alienation of Public Property sells in an electronic auction with an ascending step movable property – growing trees in the felling property “Eglaine“, Skrunda parish, Kuldīga municipality, cadastral No. 62090040289. Starting price 25000.00 EUR, security fee 2500.00 EUR, auction step 100.00 EUR.
The auction begins on the electronic auction website https://izsoles.ta.gov.lv on December 17, 2025 at 13:00 and ends on January 16, 2026 at 13:00.
A person wishing to participate in the auction must, by 6 January 2026 at 23:59, pay a security deposit of 10% of the conditional price of the object being auctioned to the Kuldīga Municipality main budget account: Kuldīga Municipality, reg. No. 90000035590, SEB banka Kuldīgas branch, code UNLALV2X, account LV26UNLA0011001130401, indicating the details of the real estate in accordance with the auction regulations, and, using the electronic auction website, send a request to the auction organizer to authorize their participation in the auction.
Payment terms for the auctioned object: the highest amount offered, including the security deposit, must be paid for the auctioned real estate within 2 (two) weeks after the closing date of the auction.
